The flowers were beautiful and my mom loved them! Caldwell Floral did an excellent job, and was very accommodating. I had to request a specific delivery time frame, and they didn’t hesitate to agree. Very happy with my order and the company!

I live states away and ordered flowers to be sent to my Mom on her birthday. The website was easy to use and the customer service was outstanding and very considerate of my situation. Ordered my Christmas arrangement for my elderly parents online and hoped it would be beautiful. The shop kept me updated on its delivery and then sent me a picture so I would know what it looked like! It was beautiful and grateful for their thoughtfulness in sending a photo.

Exceptional. I am pleasantly surprised that I received an email weeks in advance for my mothers birthday to ask if I would like to purchase flowers again. Because they offered next day delivery I was able to get her a gift on time. The basket was truly lovely, my mother was thrilled. I was even sent a photo of the actual arrangement before it went out. That is true care and thoughtfulness. Will purchase from here again.

The flowers were fresh, the description of the arrangement was accurate, and they were delivered the same day. I also love the fact a picture was sent to me of the actual arrangement that was delivered.
